Garlic. 8. Lemon. 1
Cinnamon. 1 piece. Sa jeerakam. 2 tsp
Cardamom. 5. cloves. 5
Pepper. 1 tbsp. curd. 1/4 cup
Kashmiri chilli powder. 1 tbsp
Coriander powder. 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 3/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Biriyani masala powder 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts. 2. handful
Veg. oil, ghee, salt, coriander leaves , mint leaves , water as needed
