My training split routine got pushed back a day due to the Easter Holiday, So i decided to catch everything up by doing my Pulling Day Routine at home. I luv having a back-up gym in my garage it comes in very handy. I’m also starting to get back some of the size I lost when i got the stomach flu a few weeks ago. Yeahhh Buddyyyy. Fuck The Trolls , i’m doin my thang son lol!!!
